Announcement

We have joined the team building a hyperscale data center in Claude, Texas, working alongside the general contractor on the day-to-day management of the build.

Context & detail

What we provide is shaped around what the contractor needs rather than a fixed package. On a job this size that usually starts with capacity. The team is good and it is stretched, and putting more experienced people beside it is the quickest way to keep the work moving. From there it turns into specific capability: a role the contractor does not have on the bench, or one they would rather not pull off another job to cover.

How fast we can source and onboard is most of the value. We keep a network we can call directly, we know the people in it, and we get them through orientation and into the work without a long ramp-up.

We also help before anyone is placed. We sit down with the contractor and work through the approach: what the job actually needs, in what order, and what a plan looks like that the field can hold to. Then we staff to that plan and adjust it as the job changes.

The full range of our construction services is available here, from owner's representation and project controls through construction management, field supervision and document controls. The mix moves with the work.

Claude is a short drive from our Amarillo office. The people assigned to this job live here, they know the trades, and they are not reporting in from somewhere else.

We are glad to be on it.
